Job Description

Jade Commercial Services is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at our bakery located in the Changi Airport East Region. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a wide range of delicious baked goods, pastries, and desserts to delight our customers. This is a full‑time position based in our on‑site bakery.

What you’ll be doing

• Producing high‑quality pastries, breads, cakes and other baked goods to our exacting standards
• Preparing ingredients, mixing doughs and batters, and operating baking equipment to deliver consistent results
• Decorating baked goods with icings, glazes, garnishes and other finishing touches
• Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene practices
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of all menu items
• Continually exploring new recipes and techniques to expand our product offerings
• Providing guidance and training to junior team members

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar baking role
• Formal qualification in Baking, Patisserie or Culinary Arts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, food safety regulations and ingredient compatibility
