Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident working independently, have a love for pastry and baking, and be committed to delivering high-quality, freshly baked desserts that meet our café’s standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, cakes, tarts, cookies, and other pastries according to our recipes and quality expectations
  • Maintain consistency and high standards in daily production
  • Organize and manage daily pastry operations, including mise en place and oven timing
  • Monitor inventory of baking supplies and coordinate with the team on stock needs
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the pastry section at all times
  • Work closely with the café team to plan production around daily demand and special occasions
  • Contribute new ideas for seasonal items or improvements, when relevant
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pastry and baking
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
