Job description

Responsible for preparing all pastries and desserts for the brands of restaurant, ensuring quality, consistency and cleanliness at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and produce all pastries, desserts, breads and baked items.
  • Follow recipes and ensure consistent taste, texture and presentation.
  • Handle daily pastry mise-en-place and stock preparation.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety in the pastry area.
  • Operate and maintain pastry equipment (mixers, ovens, chillers).
  • Support seasonal or special dessert items when required.
Job Requirements
  • Basic to intermediate pastry skills and experience.
  • Strong understanding of pastry techniques and baking fundamentals.
  • Good hygiene and food safety practices (Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).
  • Able to work independently and manage time well.
  • Certification from recognised culinary or hospitality schools will be advantageous.
