Prepare and bake daily production of croissants, danishes, buns, and artisan bread.
Prepare and cook various fillings (sweet or savoury) for stuffed pastries.
Handle mixing, kneading, proofing, shaping, laminating, and baking processes.
Monitor dough temperature, proofing time, and oven conditions to ensure consistent quality.
Operate bakery equipment (mixers, dough sheeters, ovens, proofer, etc.) safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate recipes and portion control to ensure product consistency.
Check and control inventory of ingredients; assist with stock ordering when necessary.
