Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake daily production of croissants, danishes, buns, and artisan bread.
  • Prepare and cook various fillings for stuffed pastries.
  • Handle mixing, kneading, proofing, shaping, laminating, and baking processes.
  • Monitor dough temperature, proofing time, and oven conditions.
  • Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate recipes and portion control.
  • Check and control inventory of ingredients.

  • Monitor dough temperature, proofing time, and oven conditions to ensure consistent quality.

  • Operate bakery equipment (mixers, dough sheeters, ovens, proofer, etc.) safely and efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate recipes and portion control to ensure product consistency.

  • Check and control inventory of ingredients; assist with stock ordering when necessary.
