Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Supervisor – Pastry to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in pastry production while also handling some supervisory responsibilities. You will lead a team of 8, contribute creative ideas, and help maintain smooth operations in the pastry kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily pastry production (90% hands‑on role)
  • Supervise, schedule, and support a team of 8 staff
  • Handle ordering and purchasing of ingredients and materials
  • Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory
  • Prepare and decorate pastries such as tiramisu, panna cotta, macaroons, celebration cakes, and buttercream‑based desserts
  • Assist in menu development through R&D and new pastry creations
  • Ensure high standards of presentation and plating
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of pastry experience required
  • Strong knowledge and hands‑on skills in pastry making and decoration
  • Experience with French pastries is a bonus
  • Able to lead a team and work well with others
