Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Christian discipleship/Connect Group ministry.
• Prior experience in a church or Christian organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Connect Pillar and Pastor in overseeing the Connect Group Ministry.
• Plan ministry events, programs, and campaigns.
• Ensure alignment of CGM committee plans with the church’s vision.
