Job summary

A new Italian-inspired restaurant chain in Singapore seeks an experienced Outlet Manager to lead the Suntec City team. About Us

NOCI Pasta Bar is an upcoming Italian-inspired casual dining concept under the Goldmoon F&B Group. We specialize in fresh, handcrafted pasta and high-quality ingredients, offering a modern and vibrant dining experience.

We are looking for a passionate and responsible Outlet Manager to lead our new Suntec City team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Manage and train service and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food and service quality.
  • Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage inventory, stock ordering, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and SFA regulations.
  • Manage POS and daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and administrative duties.
  • Resolve customer feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Work closely with HQ and management team on promotions and operational improvements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of F&B management experience (Italian / Western dining preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations, hygiene, and service standards.
  • Proficient in English (Korean speaking is an advantage).
