Job Information

• Basic salary up to $2,400
• + Shift allowance + OT Payment
• + AWS + Performance Bonus + Joining Bonus
• Working hours: 6 days per week rotating shift including overnight
• Location: Changi Airport (various terminals)
• Training provided!

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers throughout the check-in process, boarding gates, and arrivals.
• Assist with kiosks, bag drops, gate duties.
• Liaise with airlines, in‑flight managers, and ground operations.
• Handle service disruptions and prepare operational reports.
• Follow SOPs for safety, security, and service quality.

Requirements

• Proficient in English, additional languages would be a plus to communicate with international passengers
