Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for an individual to assist in day-to-day warehouse operations. Responsibilities include issuing and receiving parts at the Parts Counter, checking incoming stock for accuracy, and ensuring proper housekeeping in the warehouse. Responsibilities

• Assist Parts Supervisor day to day warehouse operations.
• Issue and receipts of parts at Parts Counter.
• Assist in providing quotation to our dealers as and when requires.
• Ensure all incoming stock items are checked for correct quantity, label and properly placed at the designated location.
• Report damaged or discrepancies to Parts Supervisor.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and label all parts for easy identification.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing quotation to our dealers as and when requires.
• Ensure all incoming stock items are checked for correct quantity, label and properly placed at the designated location. Any damaged or discrepancy has to report to Parts Supervisor by submitting discrepancy report for further action;
• Ensure the quality in the bin location tally with the system at all times. Any discrepancy has to be reported to Parts Supervisor;
• Ensure all parts are properly labelled for easy identification and to maintain proper housekeeping;
