Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end agreement execution including screening inbound leads, proactively sourcing new opportunities, and supporting the Partnerships leads in managing the broader partnership pipeline.
  • Develop market entry strategies and opportunity prospecting through desktop market research, program strategy, and market assessments.
  • Deliver comprehensive proposals, financial/pricing/licensing models, and pitch deck content across various agreement structures (e.g., direct, partnerships, tenders, etc.) in collaboration with Debug’s cross-functional team to formulate agreement strategy and alignment on successful program delivery.
  • Develop and implement Debug's marketing and outreach strategy through various platforms such as conferences, marketing events, workshops, factory tours while executing flawless logistical arrangements, and pitches to drive high engagement.
  • Own and maintain internal operations and approval workflows including managing the full NDA process, contract management platform, vendor onboarding systems, third-party compliance workflows, etc.

  • Ability to communicate in additional languages fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Debug (debug.com), a Google initiative to reduce mosquito-borne diseases, has spent over a decade developing end-to-end technologies to help protect the 4 billion people worldwide at risk of dengue. By integrating custom software, hardware automation, scientific innovation, and AI, Debug delivers both mosquito suppression and replacement solutions at scale. At the core of this approach is Wolbachia, a naturally occurring bacterium that serves as a precise, chemical-free way to stop mosquitoes from spreading diseases.

As a Partnerships Manager, you will be part of a team of mosquito biologists, engineers, and program managers working to reduce the impact of mosquito-borne diseases. You will be responsible for finding partnership constructs to successfully scale the reach of the technology to enable fast development, meaningful advances, and deployment at scale.
