How you’ll contribute
  • Identify and prioritize potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives and goals.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to establish and grow relationships with key partners.
  • Lead the acquisition process for new partners, including prospecting, outreach, and negotiation.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth and successful integration with bluesheets, developing joint business plans, setting objectives, and driving mutual success.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing partners, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration with partners.
  • Monitor and track the performance of partnerships against predefined metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders on partnership activities, performance, and opportunities.
Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding partnership targets and objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Partner Relationship Management platforms) is a must.
