Partnerships & Events Manager (Hospitality)

With a growing portfolio of over 8 brands across the island — including several exciting pre-openings — we’re looking for a Partnerships & Events Manager to grow our event business and deepen our client relationships.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive event bookings and revenue growth across venues.
  • Showcase venues to potential clients, including hosting walkthroughs and presenting customized proposals.
  • Collaborate with chefs and restaurant managers to tailor event concepts, menus, and experiences for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, VIP clients, and third‑party partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for events — conducting site visits, welcoming guests, and ensuring event‑day excellence.
  • Create compelling sales collateral, including printed materials, digital mailers, and social content to drive awareness.
  • Plan and manage all aspects of client events, from initial inquiry to post‑event follow‑up.
  • Maintain an updated CRM and events database, tracking client history, preferences, and spending trends.
  • Review monthly sales reports and forecasts to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities.
  • Explore new marketing and partnership opportunities based on market research and audience demographics.
Requirements:
  • Thrives in the hospitality or F&B lifestyle and has a strong background in event sales or management.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with internal teams and external partners.
  • Has experience with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking event ROI.
  • Holds a high standard for guest experience and service excellence.
  • Is organised, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
