About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Events Manager to drive event sales and deepen client relationships for a leading hospitality group with multiple dining concepts across Singapore. This role combines sales, client relationship management, and event execution, offering the opportunity to work on diverse events and exciting preopening projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow event bookings and revenue.
  • Present venues to potential clients through walkthroughs and tailored proposals.
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to create customized event concepts, menus, and experiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, VIP clients, and third-party partners.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for events — from site visits to ensuring on-the-day excellence.
  • Prepare compelling sales and marketing collateral, including printed materials, digital mailers, and social content.
  • Manage all aspects of client events, including post-event follow-up and CRM updates.
  • Analyze monthly sales reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Explore new marketing, partnership, and business development opportunities.
