This position is responsible for supporting the Partnership Distribution Sales Distribution Teams including Bancassurance, Brokerage, and Independent Financial Advisors, while working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders across the organisation to drive strategic initiatives and business growth.
In this role, you will work closely with the Heads of PD Sales Distribution and Enabler teams to lead channel development initiatives. This includes formulating product strategies, launching initiatives, and creating and executing campaigns.
Lead end-to-end campaign management and execution for both customers and partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives, tailored value propositions for each partner segment, and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include campaign conceptualisation, cost analysis, operational process design, development of campaign papers, and securing necessary approvals.
Develop and manage partner communications across multiple channels including EDMs, internal memos, and face-to-face interactions to ensure timely and effective engagement.
Demonstrate the ability to craft compelling campaign propositions tailored to different partner segments and effectively communicate key marketing messages across various digital platforms.
Work closely with the internal Business Intelligence team to analyse performance metrics and generate actionable insights that enhance campaign effectiveness and drive business growth.
Stay informed on emerging trends in the insurance and marketing industries to continuously refine campaign strategies and optimise content.
Support partnerships by collaborating with the internal AIA Product team on the development, onboarding, and ongoing management of insurance products.
Collaborate closely with PD Sales Distribution Heads, Middle Office teams, and other key AIA functions to develop product strategies that drive business growth and deepen partner engagement.
Facilitate and lead product meetings with partners, the AIA Product team, and PD Sales Distribution Teams to ensure alignment and progress.
Lead product launch planning and execution in partnership with the AIA Product team, PD Sales Distribution Teams, and other cross‑functional departments.
Coordinate with product and investment trainers to deliver training and support to partners for new or enhanced product launches, with a focus on product features and investment fund offerings.
Manage partner communications, including EDMs and internal memos, to ensure timely and effective engagement.
Proficient in both Simplified and Traditional Chinese, with the ability to proofread and validate translated product documents for accuracy and clarity.
Act as a liaison between Partnership Distribution Sales Distribution Teams and key internal functions, including Actuarial, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology.
Facilitate clear communication and alignment across functions to ensure smooth and effective execution of initiatives.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, Business, or a related field.
Min. 5 years of proven experience in marketing campaign management, channel development, transformation, or distribution roles preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Proven track record in leading cross‑functional initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and internal / external stakeholders management skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
Highly resourceful, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Familiarity with intermediary distribution models and regulatory environments.
A dynamic and intellectually curious individual who thrives on solving complex problems with creativity and a solution‑oriented mindset.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions swiftly, even with incomplete or evolving information.
Skilled in influencing and collaborating across diverse teams to drive strategic initiatives forward.
Marketing, bank / broker / IFA business processes, insurance industry products and processes, strategic planning, project management.
Aptitude for aesthetics and campaigns papers writing are a plus.
