Job Summary

Lead partnership development initiatives with educational institutions and employers to drive client placements and programme success. Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver impactful employment solutions and represent the organization in external engagements.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish new partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and the Ministry of Education (MOE) to generate client leads and track graduate employment status
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with companies to secure hiring opportunities and job attachments for clients
  • Achieve programme start and placement targets by building and sustaining successful relationships with employers and referral institutions
  • Maintain strong, ongoing rapport with existing partners to support continuous collaboration and engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partnership‑related enquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Collaborate closely with coaching teams to understand client caseloads and identify suitable placement opportunities including traineeships and apprenticeships
  • Coordinate joint initiatives, campaigns, and events with partner institutions to enhance programme visibility and impact
  • Represent the organization at external meetings and networking events to promote partnership growth and organizational objectives
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on partnership progress and programme outcomes
Required competencies and certifications
  • Experience in a partnership or account management role
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through managing multiple stakeholder relationships
  • Proven ability to work to and exceed targets in a sales‑based or business development environment
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders across sectors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or stakeholder engagement
