Job summary

The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) is offering an office-based Partnership Marketing Intern role in Singapore for a period from December 2026 to June 2027. You will support the regional partner marketing team, handle creative development, and coordinate assets across several Disney brands with cross-functional teams.

You will learn campaign execution, project management, and partner engagement while contributing to market research, asset delivery, and creative support to elevate partner

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a bonus.
• Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Desire to contribute, learn, and participate in cross-functional reviews and campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, and coordinate related projects to support business strategies.
• Develop and adapt creative assets for partners, ensuring brand consistency across properties.
• Ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and assets to partners.
• Collaborate with partners on marketing activations and campaigns.
• Assist in market research, benchmarking, and trend tracking to inform strategies.
• Support regional partner engagement initiatives and event logistics.
• Provide creative input for internal collaterals and decks.
• Share innovative ideas to deliver strong creative solutions.
