Job description
Responsibilities
  • Develop cohesive messaging and creative strategies across touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand storytelling and partner integration.
  • Strong ability, experience, and interest in experiential event marketing, including regional/global events and webinars to support TikTok-owned, partner-owned, or industry initiatives from a programming or strategic standpoint. Requires heavy oversight, strong coordination skills, and results-driven design.
  • Work closely with the communications team for planning PR promotion of key moments or tentpoles.
  • Proficient writer for digital marketing content creation including case studies, blogs, and whitepapers.
  • Demonstrated strong abilities for deck building and storytelling product and core brand narratives.
  • Project driver collaborating with key internal stakeholders across the business including product teams, other marketing teams, partner managers, legal, procurement, vendor management, and more.
  • Work closely with partnership teams in APAC to devise and drive partner marketing programs and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate across paid, earned, and owned channels to execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize integrated marketing efforts and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, communications, advertising and/or technology industries.
    • Strength in copywriting due to the core responsibilities of the role and the interactions with the global team.
    • Experience working directly with external partners, creative agencies or events vendors.
    • A fast learner with a great sense of judgment, design sensibilities, and creative thinking.
    • Understanding of the advertising industry and media agency landscape.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience working in video production and familiar with Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut.
    • Experience working with creative, creator, advertising technology, measurement and/or media agencies.
    • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
