Job description

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in enterprise sales or working with a partner ecosystem at the C-level.
  • 10 years of experience with public cloud solutions across Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) markets.
  • 5 years of experience managing a sales team or partner team in APAC or Southeast Asia.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing and building go-to-market models at a regional/sub-regional level.
  • Experience with execution and achieving goals.
  • Ability to understand technical details.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate data and trends into strategies and messages, and promote conversations from initiatives/innovation to technology delivery through partners.
  • Excellent communication skills.

As part of an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing business, you will play a key role in understanding customer needs and shaping the future of businesses of all sizes, connecting customers, employees, and partners with technology.

In this role, you will drive business growth and development across Southeast Asia, oversee partner development managers and specialist teams to execute go-to-market strategies, and promote relationships with key partner executives. You will manage regional program design and operational excellence through compliance and escalation management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end strategy for Asia-Pacific (APAC) partner programs and the Google Cloud Partner Network.
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for initiatives such as the Mid-Market Incentive Program, Delivery Readiness, Rapid Migration and Modernization Program, and various partner funds, ensuring adoption and return on investment across APAC.
  • Empower partners and Partner Development Managers to leverage the Partner Portal and AI tools.
  • Drive business hygiene and de-risk the ecosystem by managing partner escalations, collections, and compliance. Collaborate with corporate functions to plan budgets and resolve commercial disputes.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Google Cloud solutions in collaboration with partners covering customer segments of enterprise, public sector, corporate, and SMB.
