Part time Telemarketer role in Ang Mo Kio

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls/email to potential customers, introducing our company and products
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable salespersons to customers
• Set appointment for site survey
• Data entry to keep records of calls and record useful information+ job keying
• Achieving monthly targets and goals
• Adhoc duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• 1 - 2 years of experience as a telemarketer or similar role is preferred
• Understanding of SEO/SEM concepts and digital marketing strategies is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Working Days/Hours:

• Flexible part-time hours, min 3 days/week
• Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
