We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Studio Assistant to support our craft studio operations. This role supports operations and customer service sides of our business. You will handle essential post-session duties and provide friendly assistance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Post-Session Duties
  • Glaze and prepare items for firing.
  • Load and unload the kiln carefully to ensure product quality.
  • Photograph painted pottery items for marketing.
  • Update customers when their items are ready for collection.
2. Customer Service
  • Welcome and serve customers in the studio.
  • Provide guidance or assistance during their sessions when required.
  • Maintain a tidy, safe, and welcoming studio environment.
Requirements
  • Interest in crafts, pottery painting, or hands-on creative work (experience with ceramics is a bonus, but training will be provided).
  • Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Comfortable handling fragile items with care.
  • Friendly and professional in interacting with customers.
  • Able to commit to Weekends (Sat, Sun).
