About us

We are a Japanese company providing retail services to the Singapore retail market and manufacturers. The main services we provide are stocktake, item replenishment, maintenance and research. We just started our services in January 2024 and we are hiring new staff, join us and contribute to the development of Singapore's retail market!

Job Summary

You will perform stocktaking duties using specialized scanners at various retail outlets, working flexible hours during daytime or nighttime shifts. You will contribute to accurate inventory management and support retail operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stocktaking accurately using specialized scanners to record inventory data at different retail outlets
• Travel daily to assigned locations, primarily inside shopping malls, to perform stocktaking tasks
• Attend training sessions to learn stocktaking procedures and use of equipment effectively
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete stocktaking within scheduled hours
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure inventory records are precise and reliable
• Follow safety and operational guidelines during daytime and nighttime stocktaking shifts
• Take on leadership responsibilities when assigned, coordinating and supporting team members during stocktaking

Required competencies and certifications

• Basic English proficiency to understand instructions and communicate effectively during stocktaking
• Ability to travel independently to various locations each day

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in retail or stocktaking to support efficient and accurate inventory management
• Availability to work nighttime stocktaking shifts, especially during the first two weeks of March

Other Information

• Working Days: Weekdays only

Working Hours:

• Daytime stocktake: 7am to 4pm
• Night stocktake: 10pm to 6am
• Training sessions: Approximately 4 hours each, held during daytime in January or February
• Minimum 3 hours pay guaranteed if work ends early

Salary:

• Daytime stocktake/training: $12 per hour
• Night stocktake: $15 per hour
• Leader for daytime stocktake: $15 per hour plus additional allowance
• Leader for nighttime stocktake: $18 per hour plus additional allowance
• Full attendance allowance for staff attending all scheduled stocktakes in March
• Location: No fixed location; assignments based on needs at various outlets
