As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment. You will assist to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and serve customers promptly with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately using POS systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment at all times.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures as per company and NEA regulations.
  • Support team members during peak hours and busy periods.
  • Uphold the company’s service standards and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in fast food, café, or QSR environment is an advantage.
