Job description

Part Time All-rounder Service Crew / Barista

We are an enthusiastic team looking for a new member who can engage customers and build relationships with them. We are all-rounders who manage operations of the bar/ cafe and our duties include:

• Provide friendly customer service - engaging customers, taking orders, cashiering, serving snacks and beverages, etc.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of bar (sweeping, mopping, disposing rubbish, clearing and wiping tables, washing, etc.)
• Preparing food & beverages
• Support opening/ closing duties & ingredient prep
• Work as a team and uphold a respectful work environment
• Responsible for care of equipment used
• Helping out with other duties in the bar as needed.

Qualifications

Bar is open everyday and part timers' working hours are between 4 pm-11pm. Flexible.

• Willing to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holidays
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills

• Rookie $10/h,
• After 3 months: $11/h (min twice a week for 3 months)
• After 6 months: $12/h (min twice a week for 3 months)
• After 12 months: $13/h (min twice a week for 3 months)
