Job description

Ensure all aspects of efficient outlet operations. Oversee consistent implementation of service standards.

• Work closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of JAS and the satisfaction of guests.
• Welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders and serving food to guests. Clear tables efficiently after guests leave and reset for the next customers.
• Keep the dining area clean and well-maintained throughout the shift.
• Communicate orders effectively to the kitchen.
• Handle credit cards, POS machine and other forms of payment.
• Collaborate with other staff members, such as servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure efficient operations.
