Job summary

A local cafe chain in Singapore is looking for staff to assist with customer service and food preparation. Candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 days a week, including weekends, and can work both day and night shifts. The role offers the chance to earn up to $100 in monthly incentives based on eligibility. Two outlets are available with flexibility required between them.

• Assist in set-up for opening, closing and general cleaning during operations hours.
• Deliver quality customer service to all guests.
• Key orders in the Point-of-Sale system efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to guests’ orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
• Good customer service and good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-pace environment

Requirements

• Able to commit minimally 3 days a week (inclusive of 1 weekend of Sat/Sun)
• Able to commit to both day & night shifts till 2am
• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months

Employees can earn up to $100 in monthly incentives when eligibility requirements are met.

We have 2 outlets - West Coast and Bishan. Ideally we will prefer staff to be able to work between both outlets. Otherwise either outlet is also fine by us.
