A community-focused charity in Singapore is looking for a Part-Time Volunteer Management & Youth Wing Coordinator. In this role, you will assist with organizing volunteer activities and youth programming, ensuring effective operational support and volunteer engagement. Ideal candidates should have strong coordination and communication skills, with a commitment to community service. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM.
The Muslimin Trust Fund Association (MTFA) is a charity committed to supporting the underprivileged in our community through a myriad of services, including but not limited to offering shelter to orphans and youths at risk, facilitating subsidized medical treatments, and administering financial aid through various programs.

The Part-Time Volunteer Management & Youth Wing Coordinator supports MTFA’s efforts to deliver smooth, well-organised, and meaningful volunteer experiences through strong coordination, administration, and logistics support. This role assists the Volunteer Management & Youth Development (VMYD) Department in the operational aspects of volunteer management and youth engagement, ensuring activities run efficiently and volunteers receive timely guidance and support. Working closely with the Manager (Volunteer Management & Youth Development), the part-timer contributes to the day-to-day running of volunteer initiatives and youth programmes by handling essential backend duties such as scheduling, communication, follow-ups, documentation, and on-site coordination.
