Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to businesses that may benefit from HR Managed Services
  • Arrange and attend introductory calls or meetings (virtual or in-person)
  • Coordinate with the internal team to support proposals or service scoping
  • Provide brief weekly updates on outreach and lead status
  • Focus on small to mid-sized companies that require HR support or advisory
  • Ensure warm leads are clearly handed over for follow-up and conversion
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition—preferably in HR or B2B services
  • Comfortable with outreach, networking, and engaging SME decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, independent, and consistent with follow-ups
