Responsibilities

• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner
• Understands the brand, and helps drive sales
• Responds to enquiries and ensure excellent customer service at all times
• Maintaining outstanding store condition
• Recommend and display items that match customers’ needs
• In charge of daily retail operations
• Assisting TANGS staff with sales transactions carefully
• Other ad‑hoc duties and assignments required by management

Requirements

• Location: TANGS at Tang Plaza (Orchard)
• Available at least 3 days weekly, with one day falling on a weekend.
• Independent and confident in representing the brand
• Friendly, helpful and engaging personality
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Passionate about customer service
• 18 years old and above
