A prestigious retail company in Singapore seeks candidates for a customer service role in luxury fashion. Responsibilities include providing top-notch customer assistance, managing sales transactions, and maintaining high store presentation standards. Applicants should have experience in retail, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented attitude. This role requires working at Changi Airport during retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Deliver outstanding customer service and sales assistance to all customers
Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Assist in managing stock levels and replenishment
Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
Identifies and handles customers’ inquiries and concerns in accordance to company and airport (refund) policy
Prior experience in luxury fashion retail or in similar capacity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base
Excellent product knowledge and the ability to make informed recommendations
Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of presentation
Comfortable to working in Changi Airport on retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
A positive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
