Job summary

  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Assist in managing stock levels and replenishment

  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators

  • Identifies and handles customers’ inquiries and concerns in accordance to company and airport (refund) policy

Requirements
  • Prior experience in luxury fashion retail or in similar capacity

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base

  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to make informed recommendations

  • Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of presentation

  • Comfortable to working in Changi Airport on retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays

  • A positive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
