Job description

Responsibilities

• Must handle full set of payroll administration & payroll processing work for Singapore office (about 8 to 30 headcounts)
• Support in general human resource administration work (including internship application & gvt grant matters)
• Conduct employee orientation virtually
• Handle full spectrum of HR administration work for clients
• Attend virtual meeting with clients if required

This is a remote role but candidate needs to attend weekly meeting.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of HR payroll experience
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Must know Employment Law, TAFEP and CPF law well
• Meticuolous and responsible
• Ethnical, committed and professional in personal conduct
• Good in Ms Office

Working hour: Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday (either morning or afternoon

It will be 3 hours per day. Total work hour can be between 10 hours to 16 hours per week.

Salary is between $200 to $700 per month
