A prestigious automotive dealership in Singapore is seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador to enhance the showroom experience. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing inquiries, supporting showroom operations, and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities

  • Become an ambassador of all things BMW and enhance the customer experience.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
  • Jointly responsible for upkeep of the showroom and supporting daily operations.
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls promptly.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and customers.
  • Assist with clerical duties to support dealership operations.
  • Providing administrative support for other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Main Responsibilities
  • Become an ambassador of all things BMW and enhance the customer experience in the showroom
  • Meeting and greeting visitors entering the showroom, handling their inquiries and directing them to the relevant staff appropriately
  • Jointly responsible for the upkeep of the showroom, supporting the team in daily operations and running of the showroom
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors
  • Assist with other related clerical duties to support dealership operations
  • Providing vital administrative support for any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Sales Managers/GM as required
Job Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrated ability to work with diverse people groups
  • Polished, articulate and well-presented individual with excellent communication skills
  • A positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards
