Pay

• Weekdays: $15/hour (No Cpf)
• Saturdays: $18/hour (No Cpf)

Location

Bishan / Caldecott / Marymount

Work Schedule

• Minimum 2–3 days per week
• Staggered shifts:
  Monday to Friday: 0700–1630 / 0800–1730 / 0830–1800
  Saturday: 0700–1600
• Lunch break: Minimum 45 minutes

• Disseminate hospital and departmental updates
• Ensure calls are answered within 3 rings or 30 seconds
• Manage challenging calls and perform service recovery
