Key Duties

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medication for inpatients & outpatients: typing, packing, labelling.
• Stock & inventory management: receive/unpack deliveries
• Maintain pharmacy workspace: cleanliness, organisation, preparing workstations.
• Assist with store operations: top‑ups of ward stocks or automated dispensing cabinets; repackaging of unit doses; maintain equipment.
• Customer / patient support: simple enquiries, providing directions, handing over medications, cashier/billing functions in some roles.
