A local business in Singapore is seeking a Personal Assistant to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle communication in both Mandarin and English. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and be proficient with online productivity tools. This position emphasizes confidentiality and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle email correspondence and phone calls as directed.
Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Maintain filing systems and document organization (digital and/or physical).
Conduct research and compile information as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Fluent in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with online tools for productivity, scheduling, and communication (e.g., Chatgpt, Zoom, DeepSeek).
