Under the general guidance of the Pastry Executive Chef or any other authorized by the management, responsible for preparing all food items to the Executive Chef’s and restaurant standards.

How your day looks like?

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pastry Commis to join our culinary team. As a Pastry Commis, you will assist our pastry chefs in preparing and producing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of pastry and bakery items according to recipes and standards.
  • Measuring and assembling ingredients accurately.
  • Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen.
  • Assisting in inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow in the pastry profession.
  • Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
