Salary: S$1,500 - $2,500, depending on experience and commitment levels

About Us

Sainhall Nutrihealth is a Singapore-headquartered health and nutrition SME with over 30 years of industry experience. Backed by a regional presence and bold innovation, we are behind some of Singapore’s most promising up-and-coming wellness brands including DeeFruit, our healthy fruit snack. Identified as a high-potential growth enterprise by the Singapore government, we’re building the next generation of household brands from Singapore to the world. We move fast, make decisions quickly and offer early-career talent meaningful exposure and ownership.

The Role: A Flexible, High-Impact Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Partnerships & Events Manager to take the lead in planning, coordinating, and executing our offline marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for a seasoned marketing or events professional, ideally a parent partially returning to the workforce or anyone looking for a flexible yet significant position to supplement their income.

You will be the key driver of our roadshows and partnership activations, overseeing a small team of two staff remotely and reporting directly to the Commercial Director. This is an autonomous role where your expertise will directly contribute to our brand’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Vendor Liaison
  • Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with partners, mall management and event organisers etc.
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors for supplies, sampling materials, and other logistical needs.
  • Proactively source new partnership opportunities to expand our brand reach and drive customer acquisition.
Roadshow & Event Management
  • Spearhead the end-to-end planning and execution of mainly weekend roadshows, pop-ups and sampling events from our office.
  • Take charge on-site during events to manage manpower, ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot any issues, and to ensure a premium brand experience for all attendees.
  • Coordinate logistics, including booth setup, inventory management and post-event tear-down.
Who We're Looking For
  • Experienced Professional: You have at least 5 years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on events management, roadshows, or field marketing.
  • A Natural Leader: You have prior experience managing or supervising a small team. You're confident giving direction and adaptable.
  • An Excellent Communicator: You are skilled at liaising with external partners and internal teams who include remote workers from different cultures.
  • A Proactive Problem-Solver: You are highly organised, resourceful, and can think on your feet in a fast-paced event environment.
  • Independent & Accountable: You are a self-starter who can manage your own time effectively to meet deadlines and objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility is Key: You must be available to work on weekends when roadshows are scheduled (around twice a month)
  • Own Transport: Having your own vehicle would be preferable.
Why This is a Great Opportunity
  • Stable & Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a predictable part-time schedule (approx. 10 hours/week), blending planning with on-site event execution. Perfect for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • Ownership & Impact: This is not just a support role. You will own the event strategy and see the direct results of your efforts.
  • Ideal for Experienced Talent: We value experience and this role is perfect for someone who wants to apply their skills in a meaningful, part-time capacity.
Work Arrangement
  • Commitment: 40 to 45 hours per month.
  • Schedule: This is a hybrid role. Depending on work requirements, you may be required to fulfil some hours from our office. This will be combined with on-site management during weekend events.
