Job summary

GOSOURCE PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a part-time telemarketing role in Singapore to make outbound calls from our supplied database, present the call purpose professionally, and fix appointments for consultants.

You will handle objections using scripts and build rapport to convert prospects. The position offers a 3 days/week, 4 hours/day schedule with a pay rate of SGD 13-15 per hour. Training and guidance will be provided, and prior insurance experience is not required, with advantageous

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required.
• Training and calling guidance will be provided.
• Telemarketing, telesales, customer service or appointment-setting experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from our provided database.
• Introduce the purpose of the call professionally.
• Fix appointments for our consultants.
• Handle basic objections, questions and concerns professionally.
• Respond to common objections using the provided scripts and guidelines.
• Build rapport with prospects and encourage them to consider an appointment.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
• Escalate enquiries outside the scope of the role to the relevant consultant.
• Work towards agreed calling and appointment-setting targets.
