Eka Training Group Pte Ltd is seeking experienced Part‑Time or Contract Training Workshop/Program Facilitators to join our dynamic team. As a Facilitator, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and impactful training programmes to our diverse client base across the Central Region. This is a flexible, part‑time opportunity that offers the chance to share your expertise and passion for training and development.

What you’ll be doing
  • Facilitate interactive training workshops and programmes covering a range of topics such as communication, leadership, and professional development.
  • Design and customise training content to meet the specific needs and learning objectives of our clients.
  • Utilise a variety of facilitation techniques and learning methodologies to engage participants and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to support their learning and development.
  • Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our programmes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training delivery and participant feedback.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in facilitating training workshops or programmes, preferably in a corporate or adult learning environment.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
