Job summary

HOCK TONG BEE (PRIVATE) LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a reliable cleaner to perform general cleaning duties across premises, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and toilet area upkeep. You will help maintain hygiene and tidiness through regular cleaning rounds and responsive task completion.

This role involves high dusting, surface polishing, waste disposal, bin emptying, floor scrubbing, and periodic deep cleaning as assigned by superiors, with attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Mopping, sweeping and vacuum cleaning.
• Emptying litter bins.
• Emptying chute bins.
• Washing, wiping and polishing surfaces including floors and doors.
• Scrubbing and buffing floors with powered equipment.
• Cleaning toilets and refilling supplies.
• Periodic deep cleaning such as shampooing carpets and floor polishing.
• Other duties as assigned by superiors.

Job description

3 times a week, at least 12 hours per week

Job Scope:

• Mopping, sweeping and vacuum cleaning
• Emptying of litter bins
• Emptying of chute bins
• Washing, wiping, high dusting and polishing surfaces, including floors, glass panels, doors, walls/ceiling, staircases, furniture, lifts, letter boxes, gym equipment, etc.
• Scrubbing/buffing/high-pressure wash floors using powered equipment on the relevant floors
• Cleaning of toilet areas, including replenishing toilet rolls, hand soap, and hand towels
• To undertake a periodic cleaning which includes, all of the above, plus for example shampooing carpets, stripping and polishing floors, etc.
• And any other responsibility as assigned by superiors.
