Job summary

H WORLD HOLDINGS SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a diligent hotel maintenance technician in Singapore to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas.

You will handle basic plumbing, electrical, lighting, door lock, furniture and bathroom fixtures, assist with inspecting air-conditioning systems, coordinate with external contractors and keep repair records in an organized manner. The role requires punctuality and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Relevant maintenance experience; hotel or building maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, lighting, door lock, furniture and bathroom fixture repairs.
• Assist with inspecting air-conditioning systems and other equipment, and report any faults promptly.
• Coordinate with external contractors and follow up on repair progress.
• Maintain repair records, keep tools and materials properly stored, and ensure work areas are clean and tidy.
