Job summary

Nanyang Technological University (NTU Singapore) invites applications for experienced part-time lecturers in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering.

We seek instructors to teach in the Civil Engineering Graduate Programme, International Construction Management Graduate Programme, Maritime Studies Graduate Programme and PhD courses. Responsibilities include lecturing, preparing and submitting teaching materials, administering and grading assessments, and student consultation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher; candidates with strong relevant industry experience will be considered.
• At least 2-3 years of teaching experience at a tertiary level is preferred.
• Professional experience (min. 3 years) in the related field at managerial level.
• Demonstrates a profound knowledge of related course.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lectures.
• Prepare and submit editable teaching materials to the School.
• Prepare, administer and grade continuous assessments and exams.
• Student consultation.
• Any other required duties, where applicable.
