Job summary

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Learning Technologist to support the Education/Digital Learning team. The role offers practical experience in digital learning operations, educational technology and tech-enabled medical education at NTU Singapore.

This 6-month temporary contract involves preparing and updating digital course materials, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with faculty and vendors to ensure smooth delivery

Qualifications

• Diploma or current studies in information technology, educational technology, media, education or related field.
• Comfortable using digital platforms and following documented procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
• Reliable, service-oriented and able to work independently with guidance and as part of a team.
• Experience with learning management systems or digital content is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update learning activities, course sites and digital resources on approved platforms.
• Carry out pre-session checks, basic troubleshooting and timely escalation of unresolved issues.
• Support the formatting, uploading and quality checking of digital content.
• Execute assigned test cases and maintain guides, checklists, trackers and issue records.
• Respond to routine user enquiries and support scheduled digital learning sessions.
• Coordinate follow-ups with faculty, colleagues and vendors.
