• Oversee day‑to‑day operation of the K‑pop Dance kiosk
• Guide customers on how to use the self‑service booth
• Ensure all equipment (screens, lighting, payment system) is working properly
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the booth area
• Handle basic troubleshooting and report technical issues promptly
• Provide feedback or suggestions for improvement during the setup phase
