Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a part-time employee for data entry and document management tasks. The role requires good interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in air transport logistics. This 4-month contract may lead to full-time employment.

Responsibilities

  • To assist in daily data entry to support operations.
  • To assist in scanning & filing of the documents.
  • Issuing invoices to customers within the period time frame.
  • Familiar with air transport terminal import/export MAWB/HAWB.
  • Cross-check and tallying of data.
  • Simple processing.
  • Ad-Hoc duties as and when assigned.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To assist in scanning & filing of the documents
  • Issuing invoices to customers within the period time frame
  • Familiar with air transport terminal import/ export MAWB/ HAWB
  • Cross-check and tallying of data
  • Simple processing
  • Ad-Hoc duties as and when assigned
  • 1x Part-time Immediate position available
  • 3 days work week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Choose between 10am - 2pm OR 1pm - 5pm)
  • Remarks: This is a 4-months contract with the possibility of converting to full-time employment
REQUIREMENTS
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Highly adaptable and willing to learn
  • Committed and have a positive work attitude
  • Well versed in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications and Xero Accounting System

  • Ability to meet deadlines
