A leading recruitment platform in Singapore is seeking a HR Support Assistant to assist with payroll processing, onboarding, and general HR tasks. No prior experience is needed as training will be provided. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and proactive, with basic computer skills. Flexibility for weekend or evening hours is required. This is an opportunity to gain experience in HR within a supportive environment.
Assist in processing monthly payroll, including attendance verification, OT calculations, and allowance entries.
Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
Assist with onboarding tasks, including preparing new hire documents, collecting required forms, and updating employee profiles.
Help monitor staff attendance, leave applications, and roster updates across outlets.
Provide general HR support such as filing, data entry, and assisting with recruitment coordination when needed.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and uphold HR compliance standards.
No prior experience required — training will be provided.
Candidates with experience in HR, payroll, administration, or F&B operations will have an added advantage.
Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets preferred).
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
Pleasant personality with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to commit to weekends or evening hours when required (flexible scheduling available).
