About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the full spectrum of HR operations, from payroll and compliance to recruitment and employee relations. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment with diverse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compensation

  • Prepare monthly payroll, including incentive calculations, unpaid leave, deductions, and adjustments.
  • Process advance salary applications and coordinate with Finance for timely disbursement.
  • Maintain accurate salary records and support salary‑related audits.

Leave & Attendance Management

  • Monitor and record annual, medical, and unpaid leave.
  • Track urgent leave and MC submissions; ensure timely updates and verification.
  • Notify Accounts of unpaid leave for payroll adjustments.

Work Pass & Compliance

  • Monitor and renew Work Permits and S Passes via MOM portals.
  • Use SATS to assess eligibility and submit renewals at least 3 months in advance.
  • Handle IRAS tax clearance for foreign employees upon resignation.
  • Submit government claims (Childcare, Maternity, Paternity, Adoption Leave).
  • Process foreign worker levy calculations, waiver claims, and payments.
  • Submit MOM quarterly Labour Statistics Surveys and OED reports as required.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Issue Letters of Appointment, Confirmation, and Salary Adjustments.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date staff records for all employees.

Employee Relations & Administration

  • Act as a liaison for interdepartmental HR matters and employee grievances.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments on traffic fines, rental agreements, and service cash payments.
  • Oversee daily Flash card top‑ups, replacements, and petty cash claims.
Requirements
  • Higher NITEC and above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience; experience with payroll/foreign worker management is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
