A leading offshore technology firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Admin Assistant for a part-time position. The candidate will support HR operations, maintain employee records, assist in recruitment, and handle documentation. Ideal candidates should hold a diploma or degree in HR or Business Administration and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This role requires proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Working Location: In-Office
Monthly Basic: $1,800
Reports To: HR Manager / Management
Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:30, 4 days/week (30 hours/week, including 1-hour unpaid lunch daily)
