Job summary

A leading offshore technology firm in Singapore is seeking a Part-Time HR Admin Assistant to support the HR team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will help maintain employee records, assist with recruitment, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in HR or related fields and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This position requires working in-office for 4 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in HR administration is a plus.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records in HR systems and databases.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Handle HR documentation, leave tracking, and payroll support.
  • Support employee engagement activities and respond to HR queries.

HR Admin Assistant - Part-Time (4 Days / Week)

Working Location: In-Office

Monthly Basic: $1,800

Reports To: HR Manager/Management

Working Hours: 09:00-17:30, 4 days/week (30 hrs/week, including 1 hr unpaid lunch daily)

Scope of Work
  • The HR Admin Assistant will support the HR team with administrative and operational tasks, including:
  • Maintaining employee records in HR systems and databases
  • Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Handling HR documentation, leave tracking, and payroll support
  • Supporting employee engagement activities and responding to HR queries
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws
  • Work Permit & Labor Pass Operations (WPOL): preparing, submitting, and renewing Work Permits, S Passes, and other employment passes; coordinating with MOM and other authorities; maintaining accurate records; supporting induction and clearance processes
  • Assisting in HR reporting and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in HR administration is a plus
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information, and self-motivated
