Job summary

A local educational institution in Singapore is seeking an HR & Admin Executive (Part-Time) to support the Admin Manager. Responsibilities include payroll administration, recruitment, and benefits management. The ideal candidate is experienced in HR practices with a diploma in Human Resource or Business Management, and has strong coordination and communication skills. Working hours are 3 days per week from 8am to 5pm.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Business Management.
  • At least 3 years working experience in Human Resource, including hands-on payroll.
  • Good knowledge of HR best practices, relevant MOM regulations, CPF Act, Employment Act, and Income Tax Act.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Admin Manager in compensation and benefits processes.
  • Process monthly payroll administration for staff.
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews for new staff.
